I've been vegan since early April 2010, and until now haven't been using it to lose weight - at least not to the extent I now plan to. The vegan lifestyle is devoid of murder, cruelty, speciesism, and contribution to the rape the dairy industry exists from - and I'll never go back from it. I'm here to prove that being vegan is not only delicious [and easy], but also the healthiest way to live and achieve a healthy weight.
I do not support the ALF or PETA. Let's just get that out of the way now.
